Arts+Media

At Valor Christian High School, Arts & Media are rooted in a distinct purpose: to reclaim the arts for Christ. Through visual, performing, and media arts, students are trained in craft, formed in their calling, and equipped to influence culture. Guided by faculty with real-world expertise and supported by professional-grade facilities, students engage in rigorous creative work within a Christ-centered culture—developing both artistic excellence and real-world impact.

Families across the Denver area choose Valor Christian High School for its rigorous training in the arts and intentional Christ-centered formation—preparing students for college, career, and cultural impact.

Here, students can find a sense of belonging, develop passion for their craft, and cultivate purpose in using their talents for God’s glory. With our school focus on Influence Through Excellence, we prepare students to offer their artistry to a world that longs for beauty, hope, and redemption. Students will be able to go into the world with a deeper understanding of not only their craft, but also a deeper understanding of who Christ is, and a desire to serve Him in their gifting.

"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."

PSALM 19:1

The Arts+Media Department

The Valor Arts department is committed to equipping students with the knowledge and inspiration required to express the Christian heart in a relevant, artistic, and authentic manner. Our faculty are practitioners as well as teachers in their respective disciplines. With that being said, the arts faculty is able to combine theory with professional viability and knowledge with inspiration. This encourages and inspires students to create the best possible things while becoming who they are meant to be.

Valor Arts gave me a foundation on which I could try things, a place to see where my love of songwriting was valid to pursue. The faculty introduced me to the music industry and helped me to see the real opportunity in front of me.
