Celebrating Valor Alumni on Campus

Valor's Alumni organization has continued to grow over the past several years as Valor has invested resources to celebrate, support, and provide opportunities to stay connected.

During a faculty and staff in-service last week, Valor alums visited and shared about their years at Valor to encourage and challenge. 

The most common theme was how each alum still leans into the seeds of the gospel that were planted during their time at Valor. They shared gratitude for teachers and staff who loved them unconditionally, and who spoke the truth with love when they made bad decisions in their teens. There was laughter and tears of gratitude as stories were told (with humor and humility) of times when they felt loved and known even as they tried to discover who they were. They encouraged the Valor team to continue to keep the Gospel primary in all they did in and out of classes. The Valor team continues to pray that God would continue to transform lives in our alumni community and bring healing, health and restoration to all who seek Him.
