Boys Basketball Took Down ThunderRidge in 6A State Championship Game.
Congratulations to the Boys Basketball Team! They went into the playoffs ranked 6th and defeated teams left and right to get to the State Championship Game. The boys played a tough game in the Final Four against Smoky Hill but their defense is what won the game. The Eagles rode that defensive intensity to the Class 6A title on Saturday at the Denver Coliseum, knocking off ThunderRidge 52-40 to claim the program’s second championship and first since 2017.
