Congratulations to Delaney Russell!
Girl's Volleyball senior, Delaney Russell, was named the 2023-24 Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year! Delaney led the Eagles to a 29-0 record and a second consecutive Class 5A state title this past season. She amassed 383 kills, averaging 4.4 per set, and compiled a .395 hitting percentage, helping Valor Christian earn the nation’s No. 26 ranking in the MaxPreps Top 50. Delaney also recorded 307 digs and 47 service aces. She was also named 2023 Class 5A CHSAA Player of the Year, and a VBallRecruiter National Senior Player of the Year Finalist. Congrats Delaney!
