Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan branding, V², reflects the foundational principles that guide our next chapter. The “V” represents both Virtue and Vision. Virtue speaks to our commitment to cultivating excellence and upright character in all we do. Vision honors the original calling set forth by our founders. By placing these two elements in a "V-squared" expression, we affirm that when virtue and vision work together, the impact on our students, families, and community becomes exponential.
Rooted in Virtue. Guided by Vision. serves as the tagline for Valor Christian’s five-year Strategic Plan. As we look ahead, we remain steadfast in our commitment to advance God’s Kingdom while preparing our students for the challenges and opportunities that await them.
Our Five Priorities

1. Attract, Retain, and Invest in Exceptional Christian Talent
We believe that Valor Christian's teachers and staff are the most significant drivers of our students’ experience and outcomes. They are at the heart of what makes Valor Christian distinct and serve as a key differentiator among peer schools. To continue attracting and retaining exceptional educators who will form tomorrow’s leaders, we are intentionally focused on enhancing compensation while investing more deeply in their professional development.
2. Drive Innovation, Program Excellence, and Christian Integration
Education is being reshaped in profound and structural ways by cultural shifts, rapid technological advancement, evolving models of instructional delivery and changing expectations from families and employers. Valor Christian is committed to shaping and leading the future of education amid these changes. We are dedicated to advancing program excellence through a broad range of innovative course offerings, thoughtful integration of emerging technologies, and a steadfast commitment to Christian faith integration.

3. Strengthen Community through Enhancing Admissions, Engagement, and Advancement
Valor’s distinctly Christian culture, deep sense of cohesion, and exceptional community quality truly set it apart. We are committed to forming each incoming cohort by enrolling students who are curious, hardworking, aspirational, and either serious about their faith or open to the Gospel. We are also committed to partnering closely with parents. As we look ahead, our goal is to deepen this partnership, expand our parent network, increase parent participation and build a strong foundation of philanthropic support that enables continued investment in excellence.
4. Expand Access and Grow Our Impact
While Valor Christian has experienced significant growth, we are being called to extend our impact even further. By increasing awareness, expanding our geographic reach, strengthening tuition assistance, and investing in facilities that allow for increased enrollment, we can broaden our influence and more fully fulfill our mission to impact the world for Christ.

5. Steward God’s Resources through Operational Efficiency and Financial Sustainability
Valor Christian has historically operated with a conservative financial model, avoiding reliance on “gap” funding common among many schools. We remain committed to continually improving efficiencies, strengthening our financial metrics, and faithfully stewarding the resources God has entrusted to us. We seek to ensure that Valor’s promise of a decidedly Christian school – defined by excellence – endures for generations to come.
Our goal is to maintain moderate tuition increases while intentionally growing our endowment and expanding non-tuition-based revenue streams.
“Influence through Excellence” continues to guide and inspire all that we do at Valor Christian. We invite you to partner with us in our bold vision to shape our students into men and women of strong faith, character, and purpose. Please join us in prayer, participation, and generosity as we pursue God's plan for Valor's future.
