Miko Lewis: Alpine Athlete
Miko Lewis (’25) is hitting the slopes and showing his powder precision in Alpine racing this winter. Miko has been competing for Aspen Valley Ski Club since he was 8 years old and is already known for his skills on the slopes.
Last year, he won the national U14 Alpine Championship held in Vail, earning him invitations to the World Championships in Canada, Italy, and Slovenia – and recapturing the #1 United States U14 ranking in Alpine Skiing. Miko placed first in Super G, Giant Slalom, Slalom, and won overall honors.
This fall, along with playing on Valor’s freshman football team, Miko traveled to Austria to train for his season in the national U16 Sync Series. Sponsored by Stockli Athlete, Miko will race in Colorado, New Mexico, and Vermont, and will be in Austria and Italy for international competitions in January and February. Best wishes Miko!
